Return & Refund Policy


Returns

We have a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unworn, unused, and in its original condition

  • Tags must be attached and the hat must be returned in its original packaging

  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required

To start a return, please contact us first. If your return is accepted, we’ll provide a return shipping label and instructions on where to send the package. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.


⚠️ Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can make it right.


🚫 Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on:

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Custom or personalized products


🔁 Exchanges

The fastest way to get the item you want is to return your current item (once accepted) and place a new order.


EU Customers – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days—no reason required. Items must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging.


💸 Refunds

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you if the refund was approved. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note: It may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please reach out to us.
