Shipment Processing Time

All orders are processed within 3–5 business days. Please note that we do not operate on weekends or holidays.

During periods of high demand, processing times may be slightly extended. If there is a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will notify you by email.

Delivery Times

Once shipped, delivery typically takes 9–13 business days depending on your location. Please note that tracking may not update immediately after your order is marked as shipped. Shipping labels are sometimes created a few days in advance of dispatch.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a Shipment Confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking number to become active.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

All international orders may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by your country’s customs department. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

We cannot predict or control these costs. If a shipment is refused due to customs charges, the customer is responsible for the original shipping costs and any return fees from the courier.

Damages

Ovrsizd is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. Be sure to save all packaging materials and the damaged goods when filing.
